Request account and data deletion
Email help@capitaltiersolutions.com with the subject Account and Data Deletion. Include your username or the email address associated with your account and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Send the request from your account email address when possible. We verify ownership before processing it. Never send your password, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive case records in a deletion request. You do not need to sign in to use this page.
What the request covers
An account deletion request covers your account and associated profile details, listings and submission data held directly by Capital Tier Solutions. You may also request removal of a specific listing or submission without closing your account. Identify the item or data you want removed in your email.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or the information stored by the service.
Information retained or held elsewhere
Some information may be kept only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Notice.
Removing information from Capital Tier Solutions does not remove copies already held by message recipients, search engines or other parties. Independent websites and service providers handle information under their own policies.
