Clear answers to common questions.
How much is the case review?
Introductory pricing for the first 100 clients is $250 for an average case and $450 for a complex case involving multiple charges. We confirm the category before payment.
Does my case review deposit reduce the overall price?
Yes. If you hire us for additional work on the matter, the entire case review fee is credited toward the total service price. The final quote depends on the documents and services needed. Payment and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment.
Do you work with federal and state inmates?
Yes. We consider requests involving federal and state prison matters. Available services depend on the jurisdiction, facility rules, and the permitted scope of nonlawyer assistance.
Are you a law firm, and do you guarantee results?
Capital Tier Solutions provides nonlawyer consulting and administrative or clerical document support. We do not provide legal advice or court representation. No court decision, transfer, clemency grant, or sentence reduction is guaranteed.
Who submits a federal administrative remedy or transfer request?
We help prepare and organize materials. Inmates ordinarily submit their own BOP administrative remedies. Federal transfer requests begin through the current institution’s unit team. The correctional agency makes the decision.
Can family members get started?
Yes. A family member or authorized supporter may contact us to explain the request. We confirm authorization and the appropriate way to share records before accepting sensitive documents.
Do creative projects need a $250 case review?
Creative promotion is quoted separately based on the project. Contact us about artwork, crafts, a book, a screenplay, a pen-pal profile, or authorized compound pictures. The case review prices apply to case review work.
What should I send first?
Start with your name, contact details, the type of help you need, and any upcoming deadline. Do not send sealed records, Social Security numbers, payment information, or another person’s private material with your first inquiry.
