Who operates Everything Local

Capital Tier Solutions LLC operates Everything Local at capitaltiersolutions.pro and its web app. Contact help@capitaltiersolutions.com or 850-303-0061 about the website, a submission or an approved order.

These terms describe use of the platform. Our Marketplace Guidelines govern listing submissions. Our Privacy Notice explains information handling. The written terms accepted for a particular paid order describe that order's scope, dates, price and cancellation or refund arrangements. A later website update does not change an existing order agreement.

Listings, accounts and contact forms

Browsing basic listings and submitting a basic marketplace listing for review are free. Paid promotion is optional. Use accurate account and submission information, protect your sign-in credentials, and submit only for yourself or a person or business you are authorized to represent.

The photo-upload posting flow requires a seller account. New listings and seller edits receive owner review before publication. Business and service advertisements require approval. Submission or payment alone does not publish a listing or advertisement.

Include accurate descriptions, price, condition, known defects, city and availability. Keep listings current and report when an item sells, a job closes, a deal expires or an event changes. Do not place passwords, payment-card details, sensitive records or private pickup addresses in public fields or images.

Approved listing content, photos, display names and comments are public. A seller enquiry sends the submitted contact information and message to the seller. If you reply directly by email, the recipient receives your email address. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Your content and permission to display it

You keep ownership of content you submit. Submit original material or material you have permission or another lawful basis to use. Permission to sell an item does not itself grant permission to copy another person's photographs or listing text.

When you submit material for a public listing, profile, advertisement or comment, you give Everything Local nonexclusive permission, without a separate royalty, to host, reproduce, format and display that material for the approved submission and its related on-site search results. Necessary hosting and technology providers process it for those purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize an unrelated campaign, resale of your content, or a new endorsement in your name.

We do not treat fields marked private as public listing content. Contact us to request correction or removal. Removal does not erase copies already held by message recipients, search engines or other parties. Retention of records and technical copies follows the Privacy Notice.

Our names, logos, original site materials and licensed third-party content remain subject to their respective rights. A listing does not grant permission to use another business's branding or imply its endorsement.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not use the platform for fraud, misleading claims, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, rights-infringing content, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, malware or unauthorized access. Do not manipulate advertising clicks, traffic, reviews or rankings. Do not bypass access controls or collect other users' contact details for unsolicited bulk messaging.

The Marketplace Guidelines prohibit counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal items, weapons, drugs, adult services and misleading listings. Submit a job opening only if you are authorized to advertise it.

We review submissions and reserve the ability to decline, correct, restrict or remove content, and suspend accounts, for rule violations, rights complaints, security concerns or legal requirements. Publication is not a warranty of a seller, provider, item or claim. Honest consumer opinions are not prohibited merely because they are negative. Report a concern with its page URL and a short explanation.

Marketplace transactions and outside providers

Buyers and sellers arrange marketplace item payments and pickup directly. Everything Local does not provide marketplace escrow or collect those item payments. Confirm an item's condition and arrangements with the seller before paying.

Stores, employers, booking services, ticket sellers, transport providers and other linked businesses operate independently. They handle their own availability, orders, hiring, fulfillment, payments and customer policies. Confirm current prices, schedules and terms with the named provider. A directory listing or link does not certify a provider's license, insurance or performance.

Capital Tier Solutions' own paid services and advertising are separate from transactions with outside providers. Where Capital Tier sells a product directly, the relevant product page and checkout identify the item, price and delivery terms.

If you open a separately hosted project preview that includes Google Maps content, its Google Maps features are subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google controls its imagery and viewer. Project previews are not part of the public marketplace navigation.

Advertising and payment

Request a placement before paying. We review the business and proposed content, then confirm the content, location, publication dates, total price, payment arrangement and cancellation or refund terms in writing. Use the matching PayPal link only after receiving that approval. If you paid before approval or chose the wrong offer, contact us with the transaction reference. Payment does not authorize immediate publication.

The approved publication date starts the placement term. The specific written agreement confirms the exact end date and included content or updates. These offers end without automatic renewal. Their links do not start a weekly subscription. See the Advertising page for current offer details and the inquiry form.

Advertising purchases cover the agreed placement. Views, leads, customers, attendance, sales and search ranking are not guaranteed. The advertiser must have authority to use submitted names, logos, photographs and claims, and must supply accurate offer terms, dates, restrictions and destination links. Request a correction when those details change.

For cancellation, refund, billing or delivery questions, contact us with the approved offer reference, transaction reference and explanation. The written order terms and applicable law govern the request. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove payment-dispute or consumer rights.

Company services

Capital Tier Solutions' property and facility support is agreed separately by scope, location, authorized access, availability and price. Owner-away support includes agreed non-invasive visible-condition checks, time-stamped photographs, confirmation of scheduled service or delivery arrivals, authorized vendor access coordination and completion reports.

A site visit or urgent-response request is not accepted until availability and arrangements are confirmed. These checks do not promise discovery of hidden defects, code certification or a guaranteed emergency arrival. Regulated or licensed work is outside an agreed check-in unless separately and lawfully arranged with an appropriately authorized provider.

Copyright and other rights reports

Send a copyright or other rights report to help@capitaltiersolutions.com with the subject Copyright or Rights Report. Identify the affected page URL, the material, the right you hold and how to contact you.

For a copyright notice, include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the precise location of the disputed material, your address, phone number and email, and these statements: you believe in good faith the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law, and the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder, with that authority stated under penalty of perjury.

Provide only information needed to review the report. If your material was removed by mistake, reply with the location and your explanation or permission evidence. Statutory notices and counter-notices are handled under the applicable process. This contact process does not promise automatic removal or restoration on demand.

Privacy, changes and questions

Use the Account and Data Deletion page to request account closure or removal of associated information. Uninstalling the app does not close an account. We verify account ownership and handle retained records as described in the Privacy Notice.

Website features and information change. We update this page when these terms change. Existing written order terms remain the reference for that order unless the parties agree to a change.
